Data processing for website calls
When a website is accessed, a large amount of data - including personal data - is automatically transmitted via the Internet. This is necessary from a technical point of view in order for the website to function at all and also in order to be able to provide you with the best possible result.
For example, whenever you access a website, retrieve an image from a server, load an external plugin (or script), stream a video, or use one of the many other transmission methods, your computer sends data to the server from which you access it. When you access a website, your browser (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera, Safari) automatically sends certain information from your system.
These data are for example:

No pseudonymisation or anonymisation is used for security protocols, as this would not allow conclusions to be drawn about potential attackers. As a rule, the data is evaluated anonymously for other purposes and no profiles are created. Further information can be found in the further course of this data protection declaration.
The "data subject" (also referred to as "data subject") is the person whose personal data are collected and processed. In the following, the "data subject" is also referred to as "website visitor" or "user".
Information on data subject rights
Every data subject can assert his rights (data subject rights) against the person responsible. This can be done by e-mail, by post or using a form provided. Telephone enquiries are also possible. However, telephone enquiries are only accepted and are not answered on the telephone. The responsible person selects the medium (post, email, other media) and sends the answer to his inquiry to the person concerned via this medium. The answers to inquiries to the concerning rights take place free of charge. In the event of excessive exercise (e.g. strong accumulation) of the rights concerned, a fee may be charged. The answer will be given within the statutory period of one month. The deadline can be extended in exceptional cases (e.g. high number of queries or high complexity of the query). The extension of the deadline must be justified. The rights of the persons concerned are listed below. For the sake of clarity, we have listed the data subjects' rights in key points. After each list you will find a link to detailed explanations (on the pages of HUBIT Data Protection).
The person concerned must authenticate himself or herself to the person responsible to ensure that he or she has the legitimacy to exercise the rights of the person concerned.
On the HUBIT Data Protection page you will find a form which you can use to exercise your data subject rights with us. Form for exercising data subject rights.
