Data processing for website calls
When a website is accessed, a large amount of data - including personal data - is automatically transmitted via the Internet. This is necessary from a technical point of view in order for the website to function at all and also in order to be able to provide you with the best possible result.
For example, whenever you access a website, retrieve an image from a server, load an external plugin (or script), stream a video, or use one of the many other transmission methods, your computer sends data to the server from which you access it. When you access a website, your browser (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera, Safari) automatically sends certain information from your system.

The "data subject" (also referred to as "data subject") is the person whose personal data are collected and processed. In the following, the "data subject" is also referred to as "website visitor" or "user".

Every data subject can assert his rights (data subject rights) against the person responsible. This can be done by e-mail, by post or using a form provided. Telephone enquiries are also possible. The legal basis for data processing with consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
The legal basis for data processing by sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the aim of contacting you by e-mail is to conclude a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO is the legal basis for data processing.
The processing of personal data from the contact form serves us solely to process your inquiry or contact. If you contact us by e-mail, there is also a legitimate interest in the processing of personal data.
Other data which are processed within the scope of sending and the associated processes serve to prevent or clarify misuse and to ensure the security of the IT systems.
The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of their collection has been achieved. This is the case if the data entered in the contact form or the data sent by e-mail are no longer required for conversation or answering the enquiry, unless further legal retention periods prevent this. The data which are additionally collected in connection with the dispatch of the data will be deleted at the latest after a period of 7 days.
Consent to data processing can be revoked at any time. In this case, the conversation cannot be continued or the request cannot be processed further. In the event of an objection, all data stored as a result of the establishment of contact will be deleted unless there are legal retention periods to the contrary.
